Liv Morgan assisted in the win for the title.

Liv Morgan becomes the new Women's World Champion.  This comes to light as Dominik Mysterio got himself involved by trying to provide a steel chair for Becky Lynch.  However, Lynch did not request for assistance.  Morgan used the chair to set up the "oblivion" for the win.
